Morgans Electric and Plumbing started business on October 15, 1981. It was founded by Russ Morgan, Sr. and his son Russ Morgan, Jr. in the Crown Hill area of Ballard. After 19 years employed by Pay N Pak and Thurman, Inc., the Morgan family wanted to start their own business with a few basic principals in mind:
We have expanded from the electrical and plumbing supply business to add kitchen and bath design to our sales expertise. We feature the 20-20 computer design system to help our customers see exactly what their new design will look like before they buy. This allows us to be a full-service shop for Do-It-Yourself customers as well as professional contractors. Stop by our store to experience the Morgans difference today.
"We have a fabulous Kitchen thanks to all the Help from Russ and his team. My wife and I love the end result and they made the process getting there fun as well."
"Great little family-run business that has all kinds of general and specialty plumbing fixtures and parts, and they can help special order things as well. They have encyclopedic knowledge of all things plumbing. Every time I've ever walked through the door here, I've been helped right away in a completely friendly and professional way."
"We selected Morgans as our source for remodeling a guest bathroom because of their wide selection, quality products and knowledgeable sales personnel".... "Things happen when you remodel but Morgans will go the extra mile to make it right."
"We had a sink job to work on in our basement. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot first. I got some pieces that didn't fit. They had some mediocre selection. I got some bad advice and confused. I finally went to Morgans. My new friend there MATT got me all straightened out. He got me the exact pieces I needed. I will continue to go to the pros instead of the cheap guys!!"
"We had been to several places looking for items to remodel 3 bathrooms. We wanted to get as many items as we could get in one place. We went into Morgans and Charlene helped us pick out everything we needed, except tile because they don't carry it. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When we met with our contractor a couple days later and told him we had picked out everything before he started he could not believe it. He went thru the invoice and was very impressed. He said that was the first time in 28 years that someone has been completely ready before the job started. If you want a good experience picking out all of your bathroom fixtures, vanity, countertop, sink, tub, etc. Go see Charlene."
